Bambole Dance Company enjoy life at home in Mossy Well. They love each other’s company. Tigre and Grigio, Bamboles’ cats, like all domestic cats spend most of the day sleeping. They like attention and a bit of fuss – but only when it suits them. When the dancers aren’t in class or rehearsing the cats sometimes seek them out, but they don’t get in the way very much.
The dancers love having new costumes made, or new casual wear and they are very patient. Sometimes they borrow each other’s clothes and are not possessive. They watch TV, they listen to music and chat between rehearsals. The dancers are always interested in the next dance to be created.
Julien the administrator/ manager works very hard. Sometimes one of the dancers might help out with the admin and most of them know how to use the laptop.
A New Kitchen
The new kitchen has been fitted but the walls need decorating. David and Tony buy some grey paint and will be painting so that the room looks clean and functional. Tina surveys their paintwork and isn’t too happy. They ran out of paint and in places the paintwork is very patchy. The boys say they will buy some more and finish it off soon. But it will need to wait until the weekend after rehearsals.
Domestic Chores
Tina and Carolina share the task of laundry and ironing
Shopping
Not everyone in the company can drive. So Tina and Carolina generally drive to Mossy Well Stores. Occasionally someone will cycle up the hill to the store if they only need a few small items. Carolina likes cycling. The Stores are really good. They sell excellent bread, croissants, a variety of teas and coffee etc.
Carolina bought flowers for Belinda and some food for the party – as well as a bottle of champagne. It’s Belinda’s 18th birthday so rather special. The tea party is being kept secret. Audrey Giratoro and a ballet dancer friend are coming. Audrey works at Fitz Dolz in the Dormire department (beds and bedding).

Bambole Dance Company Bathroom
There is always competition for the bathrooms – fortunately there are two. It’s always a case of who gets there first – unless there’s a good reason for jumping the queue. Tony Chaumier likes to soak in the bathtub and the girls are always moaning that he’s in there too long.
